Backorders

Use the form or the contact details below to inquire about any subsequent delivery of a particular item.

Note: Backorders only for items that are already included in your (pre-ordered) collection.

Shipping costs will be calculated on backorders.

For an item ordered as a backorder we charge a surcharge of € 5 (per item, excl. VAT) on the pre-order price.

Returns / exchanges of articles only in consultation and within 14 days after delivery. Other returns are not accepted or credited up to 50%.
